Payment & Shipping Times

We accept most credit card/debit cards. Most orders are shipped from Bristol, UK on the same day if received before 2:00pm for tubular and long products, and 3:00pm for fittings and we have the item in stock. If the item you have ordered is out of stock we will contact you and let you know the lead time on your purchase normally within 5 working days.

We do not ship on weekends or Local/Public Holidays, or between Christmas & New Year.

Customers must allow 10 working days for delivery before we will reship or refund orders.

Any returns should be sent to the following address. Please check our Returns policy prior to returning any goods.

Back Orders

In the event that any items on your order are unavailable for immediate shipment the item(s) will be shipped immediately once back in stock with no additional shipping charges. Please refer to our FAQ for any further details.

Lead-times

Not all items listed on our website are always in stock. If an item is on a lead-time then the item will show an "i" icon which will show the approximate amount of days until the item will be available. If an order is placed, and one or more items are on a lead-time, then the entire order will be held until all items are available to despatch. Part orders can be despatched on request, however additional carriage charges will apply.

We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro cards and Visa debit cards
Online orders can be paid by debit/credit card, or applied to your credit account.


UK Shipping

Order Confirmations

You'll receive an email confirming receipt of your order to the email address you provided. You'll also receive an email when the goods have been despatched from our Bristol warehouse. We reserve the right to decline any order. All orders are accepted subject to our Terms and Conditions.

Shipping Methods, Charges & Delivery.

Cut off times:

Tubular & long products must be ordered and paid for before 2:00pm to be eligible for same day despatch.
Fittings must be ordered and paid for before 3:00pm to be eligible for same day despatch.

Next Day Delivery

Orders are sent on a next working day delivery.* A signature will be required on delivery. Orders placed on the weekend or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Please note: You will need to ensure your order is placed before our cut off time in order for this to be processed as Next Day Delivery, subject to availability.

If orders are placed after the above cut off times, then the order will be dispatched the following business day.

Delivery charges

Delivery charges are calculated at the basket page. Its calculated based on the weight of the order.
Standard next day box charge is £12.50, then charged £0.35 per KG after 20kg.
Standard next day tube charge is £36.00, then charged £0.53per KG after 20kg.
Option to collect from our Bristol Warehouse is a free of charge option.
Alternatively, we have 2 flat bed vans at our disposal which may be used instead of the above couriers if local, and cost effective.  

International Shipping

At present, we do not offer international shipping via our website. Please contact one of branches who can help with international sales.

Lost Parcels

If a parcel is lost or undelivered; please advise us as soon as possible so we can inform our courier of the missing parcel. Please note: Berkeley Stainless Fittings Ltd will not be held responsible for any parcels undelivered – Please check our terms & conditions for further information.

Part Deliveries

If the courier makes a part delivery (I.e. 1 of 2 is delivered) Please allow up to 5pm the same day for the other item(s) to arrive. Couriers often split consignments. If the item(s) do not arrive the same day, please contact us.

Damaged Parcels/Tubular products

We will attempt to package the products as well as reasonably possible. However, in the unlikely event an item is damaged on arrival. The goods must be clearly signed for as "Damaged" – If the item is not signed for as damaged, we will be unable to make a claim against the courier, therefore will be unable to offer any replacements or returns.

Delivery
Every order requires a signature upon delivery by the courier, our drivers or collection.

In the event you're unable to take delivery of the item, Please contact us and we can offer alternative options. e.g. Leave with Neighbour, Change delivery date, alternative address (Chargable service).

If the delivery is failed due to nobody able to accept delivery, the courier will reattempt to deliver on the next business day. If that delivery attempt is also unsuccessful the goods will be returned to us. If the product arrives back damaged to due multiple delivery attempts and handling, then BSF may not resupply and refund may be refused. If the goods arrive back in good condition, a new delivery charge will apply.
